Print a Commercial Energy Analysis Application

LG&E and KU offer business customers an on-site inspection conducted by one of our trained energy specialists. The analysis includes a thorough inspection of the building, heating and cooling equipment, lighting fixtures and more.

If you do not wish to apply using our online "My Account" service, and prefer to apply by mail:

1. Open the Commercial Energy Analysis Application PDF and type the necessary information into each field. (Complete each field; incomplete applications cannot be processed.)



2. Print the completed form.



3. Sign the form.



4. Fax (1-800-406-4869) or mail your completed and signed form to LG&E and KU.
