There is a $25 fee for an on-site analysis. In return, you will receive an in-home analysis by a professional, a detailed analysis report, a list of energy-saving measures for your home, an estimate of what it will cost to take those measures, and energy-saving products such as CFL light bulbs and water restrictors.
