Engineering Co-op Program


engineer standing next to control panelThe Engineering Co-op Program is designed to allow engineering students to work during three alternating semesters on projects to enhance their knowledge of engineering principles and gain first hand understanding of our business.


Cooperative Education Program Requirements

To enter the program, students must:

  • Have completed sophomore year with a declared major in an engineering function

  • Be in good academic standing with their university

  • Perform satisfactorily on interview with hiring manager

  • Be able to work a flexible schedule and meet uninterrupted attendance requirements

  • Not be supervised by family member or report to same supervisor as a family member

  • Successfully complete background check and drug screen
