What knowledge will I gain from an analysis?

Our Commercial Energy Analysis Program can help you find ways to reduce your business’s energy use and improve your bottom line. Our trained energy specialists can perform an analysis at no additional cost at your facility to identify areas where you may be losing energy. You will receive a report with recommended energy-efficient improvements that offer you the most potential for energy savings.

Am I required to implement the recommendations?

What happens after an application is submitted?

Program eligibility will be determined once the completed and signed application is returned to the LG&E and KU Commercial Energy Analysis Program. Eligible commercial customers will be notified and their application and usage information will be submitted to schedule your analysis at your convenience.

What happens during the analysis process?

The analysis begins with a thirty-minute interview by a trained energy specialist with your designated facility representative. The amount of time required to perform an analysis varies based on the size of your facility and your energy usage. As part of the review process, we will ask you to provide an escorted tour through your entire facility so that our trained energy specialist can evaluate equipment, gather data and help you identify areas where you could save energy.
