Book LG&E and KU's Louie the Lightning Bug

2. Does the group have a secure area for the mascot representative to leave garments and costume bag? (Other valuables are responsibility of representative.)
We're sorry, but your event must have a secure area for the mascot representative to leave garments and the costume bag to qualify for a Louie appearance.
To request Louie the Lightning Bug, please fill out the form and then click the "Send Form" button at the bottom of the page.
Please schedule requests for Louie the Lightning Bug appearances (2) weeks prior to your event date and no more than (3) months in advance of the date.
Please read carefully: The only time you will receive an automatic response after booking your request is if your selected date is already booked or your event falls outside our travel range, which includes the areas of Louisville, Shelbyville, Frankfort, Versailles and Lexington.
If you do not receive an automatic response after submitting your request or a day later of submission, then your request has successfully gone into our electronic database. One week prior to your event you will get a phone call and e-mail about our appearance at your upcoming event.
