Media Advisory: E.ON U.S. Launches Online Outage Map Tomorrow

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — E.ON U.S. tomorrow will unveil an online outage map system that will significantly enhance how the utility communicates outage information to its customers and the general public.

The new outage map will show near real-time outages across the service territories of E.ON U.S. subsidiaries Louisville Gas and Electric Company, Kentucky Utilities Company and Old Dominion Power.


What: A press conference designed to educate the public through members of the media on how to use the new outage map system. E.ON U.S.'s director of system operations will walk-through the map with members of the media to explain how to operate the new customer communications tool.

Where: In the lower level of LG&E's Broadway Office Complex, located at 820 W. Broadway.

When: Tuesday, March 30 at 10 a.m.
