Investing in Cleaner Electricity for the Future
Last year, we filed a proposal with the Kentucky Public Service Commission (KPSC) outlining our plan to comply with the new laws. In December, the KPSC approved a unanimous settlement agreement in the environmental cost recovery case for LG&E and KU.
